These Terms of Use govern your use of Fretionary ("the App"), developed by Renmus Software LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

The App is licensed, not sold, to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated here by reference.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Fretionary offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are displayed in the app prior to purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any errors in the music theory content or interruptions in service.
